parental awareness

For  the  parents  of  differently  abled  children an awareness   programme  was  conducted . The programme  was  very  much  effective with the  active  participation  of parents . Parents  demanded  more  programmes  of  this  kind  in future . Second phase  parental  awareness  programme  conducted  in all  the  eleven  clusters.

Physiotherapeutic treatment has bee given to 20 students at two centers.  Govt.UPS Venjarammood and Block resource center, Attingal.

3^rd December 2015,  world  disability  day celebrated  as  ‘Varnolsavam’ at  municipal Town Hall Auditorium , Attingal  approximate  250 participants  attend  the  colourful  ceremony . State  Bank  of  Travancore , Canara Bank , Fiza Textiles  and  Federal Bank  donated  learning  kits, umbrella  and  trophies  of  students . All  students  are  given chances  to present  variety  programmes  before  audience.  Sr.  Shaju kadakkal , Teacher , SKV  Hs  Kadampattukonam  performed  a  magic  show,  which  attracts  the  audience  very much valedictory  function  inaugurated  by Sri.  Sathyan , MLA. Trophies  and  certificates were  distributed  by the  MLA.  Celebration  invites  the  attention  of  thousands  of  public  due  is  the  present of  celebrities  and  political  leaders. Two  programms  were  selected   to present  at  the  District  level  “ Sargolsavam  2016” Programme.

CWSN  Sahavasa camp named  ‘Kaliveedu-2015-16’ for  the  academic  year conducted  on  December 21 & 22 in  GLPS Alamcode. 40 students  participates  in the programme.  BPO M. Muhammed  Yasi  inaugurated  the  camp.  Four corners  are  set  for the participant to  do  different  activities . Every participant  go  through  each  corner. In the  afternoon field  trip  to  ‘Thonakkal  Asan Smarakam’  was  conducted .  At there participants  participated  in a  ‘Nadanpattu’ Programme. In between  the  programme  Sri.Shafi  Mangalapuram  Grama  Panchayath  President, Mrs.Shanifa Block Panchayath member met  with  the participants. The  programme  was  very joyful for  the  participant. The  evening  participants  participated  in  different  games. The  night   children participated  in diary writing, Camp fire and  cultural  programme.

   Second day  of the camp the   started  with morning walk , yoga, and prayer. After that they  hand over greeting cards which  are  prepared  in first  day of  the  camp. After  breakfast  the draw  pictures in the  big  canvas.  After that  the  participants  are  divided  in to  four  groups  and  gave  them  a  chance  to  present  a drama  prepared  by them. Each  and  every  group  presented  their  drama  with a competitive  spirit. The  closing  ceremony  of  the  camp inaugurated  by  BPO  Sr. M .Muhammed  Yasi  and  distributed  prizes  and  certificates.
